1 Introduction

4 Account Registration and Security

Upon successful registration, each User is assigned a single Account. Users must not share login credentials, allow third parties to access their Account or use another person's Account for any purpose. Where a User's failure to safeguard credentials contributes to a loss, minions88 accepts no liability for that loss.

5 Deposits

Deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using one of the Platform Payment Methods available at the time of the transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in the name of the Account Holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Processing times and transaction limits vary by payment channel. 6 Withdrawals

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion offered by minions88, including welcome bonuses, cashback programmes, reload offers, birthday bonuses and referral rewards, is subject to specific terms which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this general Agreement, the promotion-specific terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Wagering / Rollover: The number of times (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility arises.
• Maximum Bet: A per-wager cap, typically in the range of MYR 250–MYR 500, applicable while Bonus Funds are active.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally; slot games commonly contribute 100%, whereas table games may contribute 10%–20%.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within a defined window, typically 7, 14 or 30 calendar days from credit date.
• Maximum Cash-out: Some promotions impose a ceiling on the amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings, irrespective of total balance.

minions88 reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Retroactive changes to active promotional terms will not disadvantage a User who has already commenced satisfying wagering requirements in good faith.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.

• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering purposes.

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Suspension and Termination

Upon termination for breach, minions88 may withhold or forfeit any Balance, including both cash funds and Bonus Funds, where the breach relates to fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct or wilful misrepresentation. Where termination is not related to a breach, any verified cash Balance will be returned to the Account Holder using the most recently used eligible withdrawal method.

13 Governing Law and Disputes
